Please confirm the required rough-in distance before placing your order. After placing your order, please leave a message or inform customer service of your required rough-in distance, and we will send you the corresponding product. The default rough-in distance is 300mm or 400mm. If you choose a rough-in distance of 300mm or 400mm, the price remains unchanged.
If you require a different rough-in distance, the price will increase. 200mm rough-in distance: +60 $, 250mm rough-in distance: +40 $, 350mm rough-in distance: +40 $, 450mm rough-in distance: +60 $.
**The rough-in distance is the distance from the center of the drain outlet to the wall.
Toilet rough-in distances are available in two specifications: 300mm and 400mm.
If the measured distance is <400mm, we recommend choosing a 300mm rough-in distance; if the measured distance is >400mm, we recommend choosing a 400mm rough-in distance.

📦 Shipping
We offer standard shipping to customers in the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email from service@janbidetco.com with tracking details.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate and 48–72 hours to update after shipment.
Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in China and delivered to U.S. customers via international logistics partners and local carriers (such as FedEx or UPS).
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, excluding processing time and customs clearance.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us at service@janbidetco.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending any item back.
Return shipping instructions and the correct return address will be provided after approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
