Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The product must not be installed or modified.
• A proof of purchase is required.

Our team will provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Returns are processed through our U.S. return center located in California.
Return address will be provided upon approval.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a product defect or shipping damage, we will assist in resolving the issue.
• If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review and provide a solution.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Payment Statement Information

Payments may appear as “Guangzhou Jianxing Trading Co., Ltd.” on your bank statement.
